Turn "I Have So Much to Teach" Into "Here's What to Build First”

Chart Your Course Package

Here's what happens: We meet online for one hour and work through my Prioritize Your Path worksheet — the tool my clients use to figure out what to build first and what to leave for later.

Afterward, you get 3 weeks of access to the Teach Your Thing Toolkit, plus my advice on which pieces to focus on for your situation.

One hour. One worksheet. Three weeks to build momentum.

Investment: $500

You don't need someone to tell you that you have something worth teaching.

You need to know what to do with it first.

Most people in your position have a full-blown teaching program in their head — the Content, the Container, all of it — but no order of operations. So they start in the wrong place, build the wrong thing first, or just... don't start. That's not a lack of expertise. That's a lack of a path.

Chart Your Course gives you that path — not the whole build, just the next right steps, mapped out with someone who's done this before.

This is for you if . . .

You have expertise but multiple directions it could go, and the "everything at once" instinct is slowing you down

You want momentum now, without committing to a full 6-month build yet

You'd rather have a plan you trust than keep researching on your own

How It Works

  • We meet online for 90 minutes of dreaming and planning.

You’ll walk away with what to focus on—and a structured path for building the program that you and your people need.

  • We identify your next steps by filling out a worksheet, Prioritize Your Path

This is the same prioritization thinking behind the Three Cs — Content, Container, Change — applied directly to your situation, in real time, on the call.

  • You get 3 weeks inside the Teach Your Thing Toolkit.

With my guidance on which lessons and worksheets matter most for your specific priorities, so you're not guessing which of the 30+ resources to start with.

What This Can Lead To

This session is small on purpose — one hour, one worksheet — built for momentum, not a finished program. But it's the on-ramp. This work feeds directly into a full build, whether you continue on your own, join my Changemakers Cohort, or work with me one-on-one.

Clients who've done this foundational work have gone on to deliver a keynote that turned into a documentary, increase their income by 10-25% within 6 months, and finally launch the course that had been sitting half-built in their mind for years.

A program stuck in your head is costing you energy and income. This is how it starts moving.

Loving Disrupters, in Their Own Words

  • A woman with long dark hair smiling and sitting on a white sofa in a modern, industrial-style living room with brick walls and large windows.

Christi Cossette, Coach for Women in Leadership

“I could have saved thousands of dollars in coaching fees had I had access to the Toolkit earlier in my business!

I loved it. The step by step process with videos and worksheets was invaluable."

  • Smiling woman in a pink jacket and a smiling man holding a book titled 'Big Hearted Entrepreneur' at an indoor event.

Inyat Ali Moledina, Leadership & Business Coach

“My leadership program didn't always have the content, facilitator, and participants connected by a shared purpose — but now they are.

After working with Suzi, I’ve brought these together with intention. The program has grown ever since.”

  • A woman with dark skin and dreadlocks wearing a black top, standing in front of a yellow wall with two paintings in the background.

    Corenia Smith, Health Equity Strategist

“Now that I have a full workshop built, I can focus on other content and dream about future workshops!

Suzi was flexible to help me get the end result I needed while also elevating the experience.”

  • Cindy Karnes, Workflow Architect

"Through work with Suzi, I finally slowed down enough to get clear on how I create change.

Suzi doesn’t rush clarity or force a formula. She helps you uncover what’s already true, and say it in a way that feels honest and grounded. "

  • Shona Ramchandani, JEDI Consultant

Each session brought a new perspective — on the work, on challenges, on different kinds of businesses.

It's exactly the motivation I needed for this sometimes daunting quest.

Why This Works

Twenty Years of Turning Mission into Momentum

I’m Suzi Hunn. I founded Teach Your Thing in 2020 to help changemakers amplify their impact and income.

Before that I spent twenty years developing learning tools across nonprofits, schools, and social enterprises — most notably Northern Lights, a Minnesota Historical Society curriculum reaching 60,000 sixth graders a year.

Now, The Teach Your Thing Toolkit is my signature framework helping clients do their work— things like reimagining healthcare, humanizing workplaces, and advancing equity.

Mission and Money Were Never Opposites

I spent a career in nonprofit museum education being told they were. That split is a societal construct — and it's devastating. It keeps brilliant, mission-driven people broke, burned out, and convinced that wanting to get paid makes them less pure.

That has to change. Big-Hearted Entrepreneur is my case for social entrepreneurship. The Toolkit is how I put it into practice — the business model right for you, and the work to own your worth.
